§ 01 What it includes

  • One single inbox

Every channel together, with filters by channel and status, and swipes to resolve, hand to a human, or give back to the AI. On iPad and Mac the conversation sits alongside.

  • The agent proposes, you approve

Training mode is a deck of cards: the AI proposes an answer, you approve, correct or reject it. Every correction is stored as one of the agent's rules.

  • Quote inside the conversation

Draft to sent, viewed, accepted or expired. Created by the agent or your team, priced from your catalog.

  • Automations without code

A visual builder for "if this happens, do that". No code and no waiting on anyone to change it.

  • From conversation to sale

Contact, opportunity, follow-up and close. The pipeline comes out of what people actually wrote, not from separate data entry.

  • Knowledge gaps

The app logs what customers asked that the agent couldn't answer. That list is exactly what to teach it.

  • Schedule and tasks

Appointments and to-dos with owner, priority and reminder, created by the agent or the team.

  • Catalog and orders

Products and services with price and availability, so the agent answers from data and not from memory.

  • Service metrics

How long replies take, which channel brings the most, and how often the agent got it right unaided.

§ 02 What it solves

A bot that answers wrong with confidence makes it worse

Customers write from five different places and the answer depends on who happens to be free. Dropping in a bot doesn't fix that: it makes it worse, because it answers wrongly with confidence. Vozkan pulls the channels into one inbox and puts an agent in front, with one difference: every time you correct it, that correction becomes one of its rules. The agent doesn't train itself — your team trains it, just by answering the way they always do.

§ 03 Who it's for

For anyone losing sales to slow replies

For businesses answering across several channels that don't want to lose sales to slow replies.

§ 04 Online access

The conversations, on a big screen

No new account, nothing to install: you sign in with the same email and password as the app.

01

Sign in with the same account

The email and password you already use. If you don't remember it, the reset email goes out from that screen.

02

03

Close it and you're done

The session lives only in that tab and is erased when you close it.

It's read-only, on purpose

The web is for reading; entry happens in the app. Two places writing at once is how information gets lost.

The server decides what you see

Permissions are enforced server-side, not by the page.

The web is read-only: replies happen in the app.
